Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with proven experience in planning, executing, and scaling high-performing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of managing the complete paid marketing funnel from strategy to optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Configure and manage Meta Event Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Catalog Ads, E-commerce Ads, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Sales Campaigns.

* Execute and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.

* Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Conversion Tracking, Google Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.

* Integrate and manage CRM, WhatsApp API, Shopify, and marketing automation workflows.

* Build and optimize B2B, SaaS, Lead Generation, and E-commerce campaigns.

* Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting, landing page optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and continuously improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.





* Collaborate with the creative, content, and development teams to improve campaign performance and user experience.

Requirements

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

* Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

* Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, CRM integrations, WhatsApp API, and Conversion Tracking.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

* Experience managing multiple client accounts and marketing budgets.
