Position-Software Tester (ERP Project)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester responsible for evaluating software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. You will identify bugs, document issues, and work closely with developers to improve product performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and test data

Execute manual and/or automated test cases

Handle change requests and maintain project documentation.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.

Ensure proper testing, UAT support, and production rollout coordination.

Maintain compliance with organizational processes and security standards.

Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues





Validate fixes and ensure product quality before release

Maintain testing documentation and reports

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

2+ years of ERP project testing experience

Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects

Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Understand of business requirements, workflows and following application functionalities.
