- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.

- 2-10 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment or team leading.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
