Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager to drive business growth for our Repair, Grout & Allied Products portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Technical Sales, Project Sales, or Business Development within the Construction Chemicals industry, with expertise in Concrete Repair, Structural Strengthening, Grouting, and Rehabilitation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and sales for Repair, Grout & Allied Products.

- Develop relationships with Structural Consultants, Engineers, Contractors, Applicators, Builders, and Government departments.

- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong project pipeline.

- Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, and techno-commercial offers.

- Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers.

- Work closely with Technical Services and Regional Sales teams to secure orders.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Achieve regional sales targets and drive market share growth.

- Train and support internal sales teams on product positioning and applications.





- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–12 years of experience in Technical Sales, Project Sales, Business Development, or Product Management.

- Experience in Construction Chemicals, preferably handling Concrete Repair, Structural Strengthening, Technical Mortars, Grouts, Anchoring, Waterproofing, or Rehabilitation Solutions.

- Robust network with Consultants, Contractors, Applicators, Builders, and Infrastructure customers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Self-driven, analytical, proactive, and target-oriented.
