Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Strong expertise in CSR strategy design, program architecture, and implementation across education, livelihoods, healthcare, setting, and skilling. Demonstrated ability to build annual action plans, governance frameworks, and sustainability-oriented CSR roadmaps. Proficient in financial progress reviews, grant monitoring, utilization certificate validation, and expenditure analysis for CSR portfolios. Experienced in partner due diligence, including operational, governance, and financial assessments of NGOs and development partners. Skilled in designing monitoring frameworks, KPIs, impact assessment studies, and data-driven reporting to support evidence-based CSR decisions.

Qualification

- Master of Business Administration
- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
- CA





Experience

- Project Management (6+ years)
- Product Management (4+ years)
