Job Title : Senior Finance Advisor / Virtual CFO Consultant (Retired Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Retired Chartered Accountant (CA) with a robust MNC background to serve as a Virtual CFO Consultant . The ideal candidate should be based in Bangalore and possess extensive experience in financial leadership, governance, compliance, and mentoring finance teams. This is a strategic advisory role requiring periodic visits to the companys Bangalore office to guide and support the internal finance team.

Mandatory Requirements

- Retired Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in Finance Accounts
- Prior experience working with reputed Multinational Companies (MNCs) is mandatory
- Experience in CFO, Finance Controller, Head of Finance , or similar leadership roles preferred
- Strong expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Virtual CFO and provide strategic financial guidance to the management.




- Monitor, review, and mentor the internal CA and Finance team.
- Visit the Bangalore office once every 7 10 days to review financial operations, resolve key finance and compliance matters, and guide the team.
- Review financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and ensure statutory, taxation, and audit compliance.
- Advise management on financial planning, internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders as required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA)
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor senior finance professionals
