Qualification ; Graduation in Technical Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB
Must Have:
Graduation Degree (B. Tech, B.Sc.) and LLB
- 2 to 5 Years of experience of hands on of multiple databases to perform diverse patent search
- Ability to create search strategy for performing search
- Familiarity in working with Open-Source Tools.
- Ability to assess IP risk and prospect with cross-functional teams
Roles & Responsibility:
- Conducting prior art searches on paid and free Databases
- Collaborating with teams to assess IP risk and opportunities associated with products and technologies
- Conducting Freedom to Operate for products and platforms
- Preparing First Examination Report responses
- Creating an initial understanding of Invention, collaborating with inventors for Information Disclosure Form drafting
- Reviewing and drafting Agreement, Contract and other Legal Document
- Reviewing privacy data related documents
- Reviewing Export Control Compliance Documents for products and services
- Reviewing and guiding legal compliance of GEN AI Use cases for Products and Platforms
