Core Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Grind and brew coffee beans, steam milk, and craft specialty hot or cold beverages according to brand recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer menu inquiries, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming, "Third Place" environment.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Sanitize countertops, clean espresso machines, wash mugs/dishes, and ensure the cafe seating area remains spotless.
- Cash & Inventory Management: Process payments using POS systems, and assist with restocking coffee supplies, pastries, and condiments.
- Health & Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Coffee Knowledge: Familiarity with various coffee roasts, origins,



and brewing methods (e.g., drip, pour-over, espresso).
- Technical Skills: Ability to calibrate espresso grinders and texture milk perfectly (latte art is a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
- Physical & Time Management: Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
