The candidate will be responsible for driving cybersecurity governance initiatives while supporting technical implementations, regulatory compliance (including DPDP), and business development efforts across government sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in cybersecurity, with exposure to both governance (policies, risk, compliance) and technical domains
- Domain Expertise:
- Cybersecurity governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance
- Hands-on understanding of security technologies ( SIEM, , cloud security, etc.)
- Robust familiarity VA/PT
- Government Exposure: Prior experience in government/public sector projects is mandatory with consulting firms or SI.
- Business Development: Proven ability in solutioning,
proposal development, and client presentations/pitching
- Lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
- Support design and implementation of security solutions
- Engage with government stakeholders and ensure regulatory alignment Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and strategic pursuits
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed institution
- Certifications: Mandatory certifications such as CISA / CISM / CISSP (additional certifications are a plus)
