Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure / ICCC Support Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of ICCC, Secure City, and Video Surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in VMS, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and Windows/Linux environments, with strong troubleshooting, incident management, and cross-functional coordination skills to maintain high system availability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operations and service continuity of ICCC and surveillance solutions in a mission-critical environment.

- Manage and support enterprise applications and associated IT infrastructure.

- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and OEM partners for timely issue resolution and service delivery.

- Monitor system performance, service availability, and overall operational health of deployed solutions.

- Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

- Support project deployment, commissioning, and post-go-live activities.

- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and compliance-related records.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and service commitments.

Required Technical Skills:

- Experience working on ICCC, Safe City, Smart City, Video Surveillance, or similar projects.

- Good understanding of Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Analytics (VA), and Facial Recognition Systems (FRS).

- Strong knowledge of Server and Network Switch technologies.





- Hands-on experience with Virtualization platforms and Virtual Machine (VM) management.

- Knowledge of High Availability (HA), Clustering, and Failover solutions.

- Understanding of Enterprise Storage technologies including SAN, NAS, RAID configurations, and backup solutions.

- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments.

- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Firewall technologies.

- Experience in infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.
