Job Title: HSEF Executive

Experience: 4 5 Years

Qualification:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Diploma in Fire Safety / Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with EHS, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, fire drills, and mock drills.
- Monitor work permit systems, including hot work, height work, and confined space entry.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain EHS documentation, SOPs, HIRA, and ISO-related records.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure chemical, electrical, and fire safety compliance across the site.

Preferred Background:

- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Knowledge of SPCB norms and EHS regulations.
- Candidates from Himachal Pradesh will be preferred.
