What Youll Own

1. Audit the existing site within the first 30 days and deliver a prioritized action plan with quick wins and long-term plays
2. Identify and fix technical SEO issues that are actively suppressing rankings crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, indexation problems, site architecture
3. Build and execute a keyword strategy targeting high-intent, high-volume terms that drive qualified traffic, not just vanity numbers
4. Lead content strategy brief writers, optimize existing pages, and identify gaps that competitors are winning
5. Build high-quality backlinks through digital PR, outreach, and partnership strategies
6. Own the reporting traffic, rankings, conversions and tie SEO outcomes directly to revenue
7. Work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and content teams to push implementations fast
