Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients undergoing treatments, addressing their concerns, anxieties, and fears.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for patients, ensuring effective communication between healthcare teams.
- Conduct counseling sessions with patients to educate them on treatments, procedures, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in patient counselling or related field
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with diverse populations (patients, families).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Willing to travel across region
