ERP Implementation Executive Odoo

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Odoo ERP across business functions

- Analyze manufacturing workflows and map business processes into efficient ERP solutions

- Configure and manage Odoo modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, HR, and CRM

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Management teams to ensure successful ERP implementation

- Work closely with external implementation partners and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time

- Manage master data, user creation, role-based access, system configuration, and data migration activities

- Conduct system testing (UAT), user training, and ensure smooth go-live across departments

- Identify process gaps, recommend ERP-driven improvements, and support business process automation

- Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure maximum ERP utilization

- Prepare SOPs, process documentation, user manuals, and implementation reports while monitoring ERP adoption and compliance

Requirements





- 25 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and functional support

- Experience implementing ERP in a manufacturing company is mandatory

- Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse workflows

- Experience in ERP configuration, data migration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support

- Good knowledge of business process mapping and ERP best practices

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

- Ability to independently manage ERP implementation projects from planning to go-live

- Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Engineering, or Industrial Equipment industries will be highly preferred

Preferred Profile

- Hands-on experience with Odoo Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Accounting, and CRM modules

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving digital transformation initiatives

- Immediate joiners will be preferred
