Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Saturday: Half Day)

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles, managing high-volume hiring, and partnering with business leaders to meet workforce requirements. Focus on sourcing quality talent, improving hiring efficiency, and building strong talent pipelines aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
- Handle high-volume hiring across multiple business verticals
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, social media, and networking
- Draft and post job descriptions aligned with role requirements
- Track and manage candidates using ATS and recruitment tools




- Ensure timely closures with focus on quality, cost, and TAT
- Share regular hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Non-IT hiring)
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring
- Hands-on with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good interviewing, negotiation, and closure skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
