Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach,



and brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead-generation activities.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
