Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Civil Engineer with 2 - 7 years of hands-on experience in site execution, project implementation, and field operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices, be proficient in AutoCAD, and demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The role requires extensive travel to project sites, close coordination with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, and a strong commitment towards delivering exceptional customer experience and project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Project Management

- Supervise and monitor civil works at project sites to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and customers for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports, site observations, and corrective action plans.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor material utilisation, work progress, and project costs.

Technical & Design Support

- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Verify site dimensions, layouts,



and construction details against approved drawings.
- Support project teams with technical clarifications and design coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, layouts, and revisions.

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

- Act as the primary technical interface between the company and customers at project sites.
- Develop strong customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
- Understand customer requirements and proactively address concerns.
- Drive a culture of customer delight by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and solution-oriented support.
- Demonstrate high levels of empathy and ownership while managing customer expectations.

Coordination & Reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Service teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Participate in review meetings and provide project status updates to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 34 years of experience in site execution, project implementation, or field operations.
- Experience in managing multiple project sites will be preferred.




- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, quality control, and site coordination.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of project execution, measurements, estimation, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of safety and compliance requirements at project sites.
