Salty is one of India's fastest-growing fashion accessories brands, building products across jewellery, watches, sunglasses and lifestyle accessories. We sell across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, as well as our own D2C website.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with large product catalogs, has strong attention to detail, and can ensure our listings are always accurate, optimized, and marketplace-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload and manage product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Flipkart and other online channels.
- Ensure product pages are complete with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, images, size charts and other mandatory information.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising and content teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Maintain catalog hygiene by regularly updating listings, attributes, pricing, inventory mappings and content.
- Resolve listing errors, suppression issues and marketplace catalog-related queries.
- Track listing health and ensure high content quality across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve catalog issues and improve product discoverability.




- Maintain product master sheets and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns and bulk catalog uploads.
- Stay updated with marketplace listing guidelines and best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 2–7 years of hands-on experience managing marketplace listings.
- Experience working with fashion brands (apparel, footwear, jewellery, accessories, beauty or lifestyle) preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace catalog structures and listing requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large SKU volumes.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and bulk upload templates.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Good to Have

- Experience with listing tools or OMS/ERP platforms such as Unicommerce, Vinculum, EasyEcom, Browntape or similar.
- Understanding of SEO for marketplace product listings.
- Experience handling catalog quality scores and listing optimization.
