We are seeking an experienced Head Plant & Machinery to lead the maintenance and operational efficiency of construction equipment across multiple project sites. The role involves overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment performance, spare parts management, MIS reporting, and leading plant & machinery teams to ensure maximum equipment availability and project productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead plant and machinery operations across all project sites.
- Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Ensure optimum uptime and operational efficiency of construction equipment.
- Manage maintenance of batching plants, transit mixers, earthmoving equipment, and other heavy machinery.
- Monitor Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Daily Breakdown Reports (DBR), Daily Maintenance Reports (DMR), and MIS.
- Plan and control spare parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with project teams for timely equipment deployment and maintenance support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



OEM guidelines, and company maintenance procedures.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15-24 years of experience in plant & machinery maintenance within the construction industry.
