Role & responsibilities

- Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
- Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center setting.
- Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
- Consultative selling techniques.
- Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R; initiatives for the sales staff.
- Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
- Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
- Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
- Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
- Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
- Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

Atleast have 3 yr Training exp in life insurance

At least Graduation (MBA preferred)
