Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as an AGM, DGM, GM or Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Oversee the development and implementation of construction projects.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and manage budgets for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 18 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Robust analytical and decision-making skills.
