Required Skills

Creative and confident Content Creator with experience in shooting, editing and creating

engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms. Should be

comfortable appearing in videos when required, have a valuable understanding of current social

media trends, reels and storytelling, and possess basic photography and videography skills with

a phone. Should be proactive, detail-oriented and able to understand and develop the brand

language across all content.

Must be comfortable styling products, conceptualising shoot ideas and creating aesthetically

pleasing content for lifestyle and product-based brands. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe

Premiere Pro or Photoshop or similar editing software is preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media, marketing campaigns and

product launches.

• Plan, create and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)



for various

platforms.

• Appear in videos when required to present products, explain features or participate in

brand content.

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand identity and current social media

trends.

• Create monthly content calendars and coordinate timely execution.

• Write engaging captions, hashtags and post copy suitable for each platform.

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social

media platforms.

• Monitor social media performance and identify content that drives engagement and

growth.

• Stay updated with emerging trends, audio, formats and platform best practices.

• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotional

activities.

• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, visual identity and quality

standards.

• Meet content production timelines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
