The role covers personal and celebratory events including birthday parties, anniversaries, surprise celebrations, proposals, and other special occasions.Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Understand client requirements (occasion, budget, guest count, theme, date) and recommend suitable packages
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and close sales




- Coordinate with the operations/execution team to ensure client requirements are accurately handed over post-sale
- Maintain and update a client and booking pipeline/tracker
- Follow up on pending leads and repeat/referral business
- Meet monthly booking and revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

- 02 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or events coordination
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with a target-driven, client-facing role
- Basic proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Excel, or CRM tools for lead tracking
- Presentable, confident, and able to build client rapport quickly
