What You'll Do

- Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including preparation and review of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, RBI regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Drive preparation and review of board reports, audit committee packs, regulatory submissions, and management MIS.
- Evaluate current products, transactions, and business initiatives from an accounting and financial reporting perspective.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, SOPs, and process standardization across the organization.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and control effectiveness.
- Monitor evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes,



assessing their impact on the business.

What We're Looking For

- 5-10 yrs of post qualification experience in financial reporting, controllership, Ind AS, IFRS and regulatory reporting.
- Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech is essential.
- Deep understanding of RBI guidelines applicable to lending businesses and NBFCs.
- Experience managing statutory audits, internal audits, and financial governance.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools will be an added advantage
