We re looking for a agile and hands-on Marketing Executive to support our multi-channel growth. This role spans digital and offline campaigns, combining performance marketing, brand storytelling, customer engagement, and operational coordination.

Youll work on everything from Advertising campaigns to book fair promotions, and help build a recognizable and trusted brand for book lovers across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaigns Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and marketplaces
- Analyze ROI metrics, report on performance, and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate on product/category-level promotions during high-conversion periods (e.g., festivals, sales)
- Monitor trends in book-buying behavior and adjust digital strategies accordingly

2. Email, WhatsApp Retention Marketing

- Build and manage email marketing flows, newsletters, and audience segments
- Execute WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, releases, and engagement
- Manage subscriber databases and work on improving open/click rates
- Contribute to marketing automation efforts using tools like Klavyio or similar

3. Content, Social Media Organic Growth

- Write and curate content for website banners, landing pages, and product listings
- Manage social media content calendars and engagement across platforms
- Collaborate on blogs, author features, and community-driven campaigns
- Support SEO efforts with keyword-based content and on-page optimization

4. Marketplace E-commerce Strategy

- Guide offers, brand visibility and advertising on Amazon, Flipkart, and atlanticbooks.com
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offers and promotions across platforms

5. Offline Marketing Book Fairs





- Plan and support on-ground branding and promotions at physical book fairs
- Coordinate signage, flyers, and messaging for offline events
- Track effectiveness of fairs in terms of leads, sales, and community building
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for smooth execution

6. Cross-Functional Coordination Analytics

- Work with design, product, and operations teams to align messaging and goals
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform reports for data-driven decision-making
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Learn and support CRM-driven campaigns with Salesforce or similar platforms

- 2 3 years of experience in digital/e-commerce marketing (experience in publishing/ book industry is a bonus)
- Familiarity with: Shopify Amazon Flipkart Seller Portals Salesforce CRM or equivalent tools Delhivery or e-commerce logistics systems
- Proficiency in tools like Klavyio, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with interest in books, publishing, and brand building

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
