- Responsibilities
- - Drive sales and business development for the Personal Care Ingredients product range.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- - Identify and introduce recent products based on customer demands.
- - Manage projects efficiently with R&D; and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- - Provide technical support and product-related expertise to customers.
- - Make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- - Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
- - Ensure timely payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance for healthy cash flow.
- - Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives when required.
- - Make regular field visits and joint calls to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
