Role & responsibilities

* Develop growth strategies using Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing & SEO

* Manage email campaigns & social media presence

* Analyze performance with Google Analytics & optimize lead generation

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO with hands-on experience in improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, optimize, and improve campaign performance.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and productivity.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Marketplace, HRTech, Recruitment, or Startup companies will be an added advantage.
