We are hiring an experienced Tender Manager to manage end-to-end government tendering for the Electronics, Furniture, and Medical categories. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other e-procurement platforms. Responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with OEMs and vendors, managing documentation, pricing, EMD/PBG, and ensuring timely bid submissions. The role also involves coordinating with procurement, sales, logistics, and finance teams for successful order execution and maintaining compliance with government procurement guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

- Graduate with 3+ years of experience in government tendering.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP, and e-Procurement portals.
- Strong knowledge of Electronics, Furniture, and medical categories.
- Good understanding of tender documentation, OEM coordination, EMD/PBG,



and bid management.
- Proficient in MS Office with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders efficiently.
