- Location: Pune/ Gurugram/ Mumbai
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Structured Cabling, Data Center Infra, IT Networking, or ICT projects
- Education: Diploma / B. E / B. Tech Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related fields.
- Certifications: Certifications (Preferred):

1. OEM Cabling Certifications (CommScope, Panduit, Corning, Siemon);

2. BICSI, TIA, or ISO/IEC Certifications;

3. Basic Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMI, or equivalent);

4. Familiarity with SCS/Networking Testing Tools (Fluke, Viavi, EXFO) (optional).

- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)
- Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)

Job Description





We seek energetic and results-oriented Project Coordinators to join our growing team of 250+ professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Center clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate day-to-day execution of Structured Cabling (UTP/Fiber), Data Center infrastructure, and IT networking activities.
2. Assist Project Managers in planning work schedules, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
3. Track site progress, ensure adherence to standards, and follow up with contractors and vendors for timely execution.
4. Maintain project documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, patching details, trackers, and MOMs.
5. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and escalate delays, risks, and resource gaps.
6. Coordinate with OEMs, consultants, and client teams for inspections, approvals, audits, and sign-off processes.
7. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Manage project handover documentation and assist in warranty submissions when required.
