Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end background screening processes. The role involves conducting employment, education, address, identity, criminal, and reference verifications while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent report writing abilities, and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality verification services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end background verification for employment, education, address, identity, criminal, and reference checks.
- Conduct background verification checks, including employment, education, address, and reference verification.
- Prepare accurate and detailed verification reports while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Perform report writing by documenting verification findings clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to collect required information.
- Deliver excellent client service by responding to client queries, providing status updates, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
- Ensure accuracy, data integrity,



and timely completion of verification cases.
- Background Verification (BGV), Report Writing, Client Service, Verification Process, Documentation, Data Validation, Employment Verification, Education Verification, Reference Check, Communication Skills, MS Excel, MS Office, Quality Assurance, Case Management, Stakeholder Coordination, TAT Management, Process Improvement, Analytical Skills, Confidentiality.
- Handle high-volume verification cases while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Participate in process training, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
