Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive/ HR Recruiter

Location: Mohan Estate(Near Badarpur)

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Versatile Timing)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for CSR and BDR roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Plan hiring batches and ensure timely candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate candidate handovers with the Call Center Operations team.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring reports/MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition,



preferably in BPO/Call Center recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk/high-volume hiring for CSR and BDR roles.
- Good understanding of call center recruitment, interview coordination, and batch planning.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Flexible to support evening batch handovers whenever required.
- Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the office will be preferred.
