Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Delhi

A leading logistics and supply chain company is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its Finance & Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and statutory compliance.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure timely finalization of financial statements, audits, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and process improvements across the organization.
- Partner with business leadership to support strategic planning, profitability, and business growth.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while driving operational excellence.
- Preferred Profile: CA with 15-22 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably from the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain industry. Robust exposure to commercial finance, compliance, and business partnering is essential.
