Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for MSW projects, including OPEX & CAPEX monitoring.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable regulations; coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits.
- Monitor project-wise costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis for waste management contracts.
- Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and working capital management to optimize cash flows.
- Support in financial evaluation of recent projects, tenders, and contract negotiations from a finance perspective.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.




- Coordinate with HO Finance team for consolidation, reporting, and policy adherence.
- Prepare financial dashboards, aging reports, and other analytical reports for senior management.
- Any other finance & accounts related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA Inter / CA Final preferred) or MBA in Finance / M.Com or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in infrastructure, waste management, sustainability, or service industry projects.
- Exposure to project accounting, government contracts / PPP models, and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / similar) will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in handling statutory audits, GST, and direct tax matters.
