Role Overview

Harold Lights & More is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to

oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and

branch accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

accounting principles, taxation, reconciliation, and financial reporting, with the ability to

independently manage accounting functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
- Handle branch accounting, including preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
- Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Manage sales accounting,stock accounting, and inventory reconciliation.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, including debtors and creditors
- management.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
- Manage e-commerce accounting, including reconciliation of payment gateway transactions
- and online marketplace settlements.




- Handle accounting related to export and import transactions, ensuring compliance with
- applicable regulations.
- Assist in Income Tax compliance and supportstatutory, internal, and financial audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reports for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely
- financial reporting and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. M.Com or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.

- • Statutory Compliance & Audit Support
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
