What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns.
- Handle high-budget accounts with a focus on ROAS and conversions.
- Manage monthly ad budgets of 3040 Lakhs.
- Track performance using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze data and continuously improve campaign results.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and client presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Present campaign strategies, performance analysis, and optimization plans to internal teams and clients whenever required.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of performance marketing experience.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven success in managing high-budget campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to confidently present campaign performance and strategies
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
