We are seeking a highly skilled VBA Developer with strong hands-on experience in building robust automation solutions. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in VBA development across MS Office applications and a proven track record of handling complex data processing and workflow automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using VBA (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Build, manage, and optimize MS Access databases and automate reporting workflows
- Develop advanced Excel-based solutions involving complex formulas, macros, data models, and processing logic
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing VBA tools, macros, and scripts for performance and scalability
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for automation logic, workflows, and processes
Primary & Mandatory Skills
- Strong and proven expertise in VBA development (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Extensive hands-on experience with MS Access
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, macros, data manipulation, and automation
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and data workflows
Good-to-Have Skills
- Python
- SQL
- Power BI
- Power Automate
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hardcore VBA development experience and real-world automation project exposure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, office-based environment
