Role Definition

Interior Site Supervisor is responsible to oversee commercial projects on-site, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards and specification. This role combines technical site engineering skills with hands-on supervision of teams and contractors.

Tasks & Activities

- 1. Project Planning & Execution:

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.

- Ensure the project adheres to timelines and meets milestones.

- Implement site safety standards.

2. Quality Control:

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Ensure compliance with design specifications (product & brand) and construction standards.

- Perform site inspections and take corrective action immediately.





- Handle Snags and complaints immediately as received.

3. Team Supervision & Coordination:

- Supervise site workers and contractors.

- Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution.

- Provide technical guidance to workers as needed.

4. Site Documentation:

- Maintain daily logs, reports, and records.

- Ensure that work permits, safety protocols, and construction plans are properly documented.

- Coordinate with the project manager to report progress and issues.

- Record Project project for running bills of contractors and close final bills after closing final measurements and Completion certificate.

5. Resource Management:

- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

- Ensure timely availability of people and in required numbers.

- Monitor the usage of site resources to prevent wastage and delays.

- Manage procurement of materials in coordination with the purchasing department.

6. Health & Safety Compliance:

- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and legal requirements on-site.

- Conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly.

7. Stakeholder Coordination:

- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Handle any on-site issues or queries raised by clients or subcontractors.

- Work on maintaining healthy professional relations with clients and sub-contractors.
