- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for US and Canada IT positions across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent hiring.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Create and manage job postings on various job portals and social networking platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Handle salary/rate negotiations, offer discussions, and candidate closure to achieve successful onboarding.
- Possess robust knowledge of US staffing concepts, including W2, C2C, 1099, Direct Hire, Corp-to-Corp(C2C), and various US work visas (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, etc.).




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/consultants and internal recruitment team.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, RPA and other recruitment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring processes, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT) commitments.
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume US IT requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality submissions and meeting client SLAs and turnaround times.
- Demonstrated resilience and perseverance in sourcing and closing quality candidates within defined timelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing hiring requirements.
- Knowledge of Canadian work authorization categories, including Open Work Permit (OWP), Permanent Residency (PR), and Canadian Citizenship.
- Understanding of Canadian employment and taxation terms, including T4 and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) engagements.
