A career within PwC Managed Services will provide you with the opportunity to support clients in running workforce management operations at scale, enabling efficient staffing, accurate time capture, and compliant labor management.
As a Senior Associate, you will support UKG Dimensions (WFM) including timekeeping, scheduling, and rules configuration, ensuring accurate workforce data, optimized scheduling, and compliance with labor policies. You will contribute to SLA-driven operations, system configuration, and continuous improvement, while supporting transition and stabilization from incumbent environments.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping clients solve complex operational challenges. Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide L2/L3 support for UKG Dimensions (WFM) modules – timekeeping, scheduling, accruals
- Manage and resolve timecard issues, pay rule discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts
- Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, and scheduling patterns
- Support workforce scheduling, shift assignments, and coverage optimization
- Troubleshoot integration issues (WFM HRIS/Payroll systems)
- Validate time and attendance data for payroll processing and downstream systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and organizational policies
- Support reporting, data validation, and workforce analytics
- Participate in transition, knowledge transfer, and documentation uplift from incumbent vendor
- Identify opportunities for automation,
standardization, and operational efficiency
Skills and Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) / Time & Attendance systems
- Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions (preferred) or similar WFM platforms
- Solid understanding of:
- Timekeeping and scheduling processes
- Pay rules, labor compliance, and accrual policies
- Workforce planning in shift-based environments (e.g., healthcare)
- Experience in SLA-driven support models and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JSM)
- Familiarity with HRIS/payroll integrations and data flows
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (PII/PHI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in healthcare workforce environments (24x7 staffing models)
- Exposure to UKG HRIS/Payroll modules for end-to-end workforce integration
- Understanding of unionized workforce rules and complex scheduling scenarios
- Experience in managed services and transition engagements
