- Design and implement efficient production layouts to improve productivity, quality, and reduce costs.
- Conduct time studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop solutions to optimize cycle times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lean manufacturing systems that meet customer requirements.
- Analyze data from OEE calculations to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of line balancing, motion study, layout planning, cycle time reduction techniques.
- Proficiency in OEE calculation software such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or similar tools.
