We are inviting applications from qualified lawyers with 610 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling complex real estate and financing transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising the following documents:

- Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)
- Collaboration Agreements
- Facility and Loan Documentation
- Security Documents
- Debenture Trust Deeds (DTDs)

The role requires hands-on experience in financing transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, risk assessment, and deal execution. The candidate should possess a solid commercial mindset and exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise transaction documents related to real estate and financing.




- Conduct legal due diligence and identify transaction-related legal risks.
- Advise on transaction structuring and provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, financial institutions, and lenders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Support timely closure of transactions while ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
- Provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial and financing matters.

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering commercially sound legal solutions.
