About the Role

We are looking for a strong individual contributor who can architect and guide the technical direction of digital solutions built on AI/ML, and .NET/Python-based engineering stacks.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end application architecture for digital solutions spanning AI/ML, and .NET/Python based engineering stacks.
- Define and guide technical design decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering, program management, and delivery teams as a hands-on individual contributor (no direct reports).
- Provide architectural oversight across the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.




- Bring domain context from life sciences engagements where possible to accelerate solution design.
- Support proposal and ODC (Offshore Delivery Center) planning discussions as the engagement scope firms up.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on architecture experience across AI/ML, and .NET / Python, engineering technology stacks.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor architect
- Life sciences domain experience strongly preferred for this initial hire; candidates from banking/insurance backgrounds may be considered as the team scales.
