Job Title: Junior Sales Manager / Mid-Level Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Sales Managers with a proven track record in IT Software Solutions Sales to drive business growth across the India region. The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling enterprise technology solutions, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build, mentor, and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies across the organization.
- Set sales targets, incentive plans, and ensure achievement of sales quotas.
- Monitor team performance through coaching and regular reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and strengthen the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with CISO, CTO, CIO, CXO,



and other senior decision-makers within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close enterprise deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Junior Sales Manager: 5-7 years of experience.
- Mid-Level Sales Manager: 8 - 12 years of experience.
- Strong experience in IT Software Solutions / Technology Sales.
- Proven experience selling complex enterprise software solutions, preferably banking products or solutions.
- Experience working with the BFSI vertical across the India region.
- Strong network with Bank CISO, CTO, CIO, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
