- Lead IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business and Group IT standards.
- Manage critical systems such as Parking Management System (PMS), ANPR, FASTag, Access Control, payment gateways, and smart parking solutions.
- Deliver IT infrastructure projects from planning to implementation within budget and timelines.
- Ensure 247 availability, security, and performance of all business-critical systems.
- Drive cloud adoption, automation, AI/analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage Capex and Opex budgets (50+ Cr Capex and 20+ Cr Opex).
- Handle vendor, OEM, and technology partner management including contracts and SLAs.
- Lead a team of 810 employees and 30+ outsourced resources across multiple locations.
- Work closely with Business Heads, Corporate IT, CIOs, Cybersecurity, and external agencies like NPCI, NHAI, IHMCL, and banking partners.
