Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food items.
Support chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools promptly.
Ensure proper storage, labeling,



and rotation of food items following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Receive, inspect, and organize kitchen supplies and inventory.
Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain a clean working environment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Assist in setting up and closing the kitchen before and after service.
