- Handle end-to-end procurement for ground-mounted solar PV projects.
- Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct techno-commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and track order execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams for material specifications and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database.
- Resolve supply-related issues and ensure smooth project execution..

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of solar project components and procurement processes.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in EPC or renewable energy companies
