We are seeking a high-energy and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage our bulk hiring requirements. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs, ensuring a fast turnaround while maintaining quality of hire. This role requires a professional who excels at multi-tasking, utilizing automated tools, and delivering an excellent candidate experience at scale

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires

- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans utilizing mass hiring platforms, job boards, social media, walk-in drives, and employee referrals.
- Screening & Assessment:



Rapidly screen large volumes of resumes and conduct preliminary interviews/assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth onboarding process for all candidates.

Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or high-volume talent acquisition.

Compliance: Robust understanding of local labor laws, employment standards, and compliance procedures

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
