- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose mechanical faults, repair or replace defective components, and restore equipment to normal operating condition.
- Install, assemble, align, and commission mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and related systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with production and electrical maintenance teams to minimize downtime and support smooth plant operations.
