Key Responsibilities:

- Build deep understanding of the product and customer psychology; map customer Needs, Desires, Fears & Frustrations (NDFF) into targeted messaging
- Engage directly with customers (calls/site visits) to gather insights and feed them into positioning and content
- Own marketing strategy end-to-end across brand, demand generation, content, and marketing technology for all group brands
- Translate strategy into execution plans with clear timelines; track performance via dashboards and review cadences
- Drive creative direction ad creatives, landing pages, sales collateral, and social content with strong aesthetic judgment
- Use AI tools daily for research, content creation, and insight generation
- Design and run multi-channel B2B lead generation programs; own the full lead-to-sale conversion pathway with Sales
- Build buyer journeys (Awareness to Relationship) for key personas (Purchase Managers, Architects, Contractors) using the KIT framework
- Develop cross-sell/upsell strategies across the group's product lines




- Create and deliver persuasive presentations for leadership, investors, and client pitches
- Define content pillars and manage an ongoing content ideation pipeline balancing brand-building and sales enablement

Requirements:

- 5-6 years marketing experience with strong B2B exposure
- MBA in Marketing preferred (BBA/BMS also considered)
- Experience in considered-purchase/long-sales-cycle categories (construction, industrial, real estate-adjacent)
- Robust grasp of consumer psychology, persuasion principles, and buyer journey mapping
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data analysis skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Familiarity with CRM-driven marketing (lead scoring, nurture sequences, attribution)
- Experience marketing to procurement/technical buyer personas (Purchase Managers, Architects, Contractors)
- Prior experience building or scaling a marketing function from a lean/founder-led setup
