- Install, Commissioning and Deploy equipment at customer location.
- Provide technical support to customers through field service engineering, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to equipment.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair complex problems, utilizing solid communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs and follow-up actions.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support.
- Provide Equipment daily report to manager.
